Job summary

Just Fare is hiring Workplace Drivers to load company sprinter vehicles at the Oakland facility and transport pantry items across the Bay Area to client sites. Drivers must maintain a clean driving record and deliver on time, with the ability to assist with on-site duties and inventory in fast-paced environments.

Shifts start at 4am Monday–Friday in Oakland. The role offers competitive pay, a cell phone stipend, 401K eligibility after 90 days, commuter benefits, health/dental/vision insurance,

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years delivery driving experience.
• 1+ year hospitality, client-facing food operations.
• Basic food handler certification; strong communication and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Transport snacks and beverages to client sites in a company van.
• Load/unload vehicles; ensure items are delivered correctly.
• Monitor time/temp to ensure safe transport.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicle and service area.
• Assist with on-site duties and sign-making, setups, and reporting.
