Qualifications

• At least two years full-time routesetting experience or equivalent.
• Passion for climbing and fitness with safety focus.
• Ability to work across multiple gym locations within CA region.

Responsibilities

• Show up prepared with equipment and plan daily routesetting needs.
• Set up and maintain routes and boulder problems across varying grades.
• Operate tools and gear safely; keep work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with crew and gym staff to meet daily objectives.
• Adhere to Touchstone’s safety standards and accessibility goals.
