Renewyx LLC, partnering with a top-tier national general contractor, seeks a Preconstruction Director for its Northern California operations. You will lead estimating, GMP development, and subcontractor market strategy to support major pursuits, shaping how the business prices and wins work.

Requires 12+ years in construction, strong Northern California relationships, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/construction management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction with senior leadership experience.
• 10+ years with commercial estimating and estimating software.
• 5+ years creating GMP contracts and leading preconstruction.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preconstruction function including estimating, GMP development, and subcontractor market strategy.
• Support major pursuits and coordinate with regional leadership to shape pricing and win strategy.
• Own the preconstruction function for the Northern California region.
