Job summary

Advance Paper Systems, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to safely operate company vehicles and deliver packaging supplies and equipment throughout the Bay Area.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, verifying delivery documents, keeping to delivery schedules, and providing courteous service at customer sites. The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift varying weights, and the capacity to work on your feet for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills with basic sales ability to interact professionally with clients during deliveries.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklift operation.
• Experience in training others on delivery or safety procedures, or willingness to learn and share best practices.
• Background in fast-paced service environments such as Food & Beverage is beneficial for handling time-sensitive deliveries and multitasking.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local Bay Area routes.
• Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights and to work on feet for extended periods.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior delivery or warehouse experience in distribution or packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with customers and office teams.
