Job summary

KBR is seeking an Intermediate Battlespace Awareness (BSA) Operator to execute mission tasks independently. The operator will monitor SDA tools and maintain custody of high-interest objects ensuring national security.

This role requires producing accurate reporting and briefings, mentoring junior operators, and supporting the integration of new capabilities. This position is full-time on-site and contingent on contract award, offering a collaborative work environment dedicated to impactful

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 8 years or no degree and 10 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with adjudicated polygraph.
• Experience in high-tempo environments performing space domain awareness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess SDA tools and operational clues.
• Maintain and validate RSO custody for high-interest objects.
• Lead event characterization and provide COA recommendations.
• Initiate checklist responses and coordinate with mission partners.
• Develop and deliver briefings for leadership.
