Job summary

Factory Motor Part in Atlanta, GA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Battery Operations Manager with daily facility operations. You will oversee workload, dispatching, inbound/outbound, picking/packing, inventory control, and safety compliance in a high-volume distribution environment.

You’ll train staff, coordinate with carriers and customers, monitor WMS metrics, and ensure accurate paperwork and equipment maintenance. Prior Supervisory experience in warehousing is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–6 years of prior warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs consistently.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Train and coach location staff on procedures.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound, including carrier schedules.
• Monitor inbound/outbound paperwork for accuracy.
• Operate and utilize WMS and facility software to plan and track daily operations.
• Provide timely updates to supervisors on arrivals, departures, and discrepancies.
