We’re seeking a curious, collaborative, and self-motivated Battery Value Chain Sales Manager to help drive growth across the clean technology and sustainability sectors that are enabling the energy transition. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities for Alfa Laval's Energy Division within the Battery Value Chain (BVC), including the Critical Minerals market across the United States.
As a key commercial leader, you will identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders, and position Alfa Laval's technologies as trusted solutions within rapidly evolving clean energy markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product management, applications, service, sales, and marketing to maximize business impact and deliver strong customer outcomes.
This role can be based in Houston, TX or Richmond, VA (hybrid) or Remote, and requires approximately 40-50% travel.

At Alfa Laval, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The base salary for this role is typically $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
