We are seeking a hands‑on Battery Test Engineer with a proactive, get‑it‑done attitude to join a team qualifying next‑generation BMS algorithms and architectures. You will be instrumental in turning algorithm designs into validated, production‑ready battery systems that deliver exceptional user experience for portable consumer products.
This position contributes to the development and qualification of advanced lithium‑ion battery technology for portable power consumer applications. You will work with the Battery Software Qualification team to develop battery firmware, algorithm and BMS qualification protocols to ensure high‑level user experience. You will collaborate with algorithm engineers and other test engineers in the team to improve the quality, productivity and efficiency of these consumer products.

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then‑current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
Salary Range: $130,000—$160,000 USD
