Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Good working knowledge of electrical systems (DC systems and batteries preferred).
• Experience with Computer Aided Design Software for 2D applications.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of an ERP system and standard productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills internally and externally.
• Lean Six-Sigma training preferred.
• Experience with PFMEAs and AS9100 Quality System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support all technical aspects of an order to ensure accuracy.
• Manage customer and factory claim processes and monthly reporting.
• Approves technical reports associated with a customer order.
• Develop and maintain Quality procedures while training personnel.
• Support field service projects and audits as required.
• Train warehouse personnel for safe execution of customer orders.
• Manage incoming inspection of products when required.
