Job summary

Pi Square Technologies is seeking a flexible engineer to support battery pack activities and HIL operations. You will develop test plans for battery validation, validate Functional Safety requirements on HIL, and act as a liaison between technicians and the systems team to ensure thorough validation.

You will also create and document test reports in RNnS Integrity, review reports with the team, and drive activities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for automated test development.
• Hands-on battery systems experience with SOC/SOH and diagnostics.
• Experience calibrating and validating diagnostics.
• Ability to review circuits and wiring diagrams.

Job description

A flexible engineer who will support both battery pack activities at AEI and HIL operations as needed

Develop test plan for battery validation in cell for Technicians

Validate Functional Safety requirements on HIL

Acting as the liaison between technicians and the systems team to ensure requirements are validated thoroughly

Create and document test report in RNnS (Integrity)

Review test report with the team

Driving activities independently in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

Python scripting for automated test development

Battery systems experience with understanding of how critical BMs features work example SOC, SOH, power limits, diagnostics

Diagnostics calibration and validation experience

Circuit and wiring diagram review understanding
