Job summary

American Battery Solutions Inc. (ABS) is seeking an Entry-level Production Operator in Springboro, OH to assemble battery pack systems in a manufacturing setting.

You will follow safety requirements, work instructions, and quality standards to support efficient production while reducing waste and maintaining equipment and work areas. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and preferred manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting in production.
• Ability to understand process changes and updates in work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Complete safety training and PPE compliance.
• Learn takt, cycle time, throughput, and standard work for each operation.
• Follow SOPs and documented processes for tasks or stations.
• Reduce rework and scrap through quality understanding.
