Remington Arms in Lonoke, AR is seeking a General Labor/Machine Operator to tend one or more machines, ensure proper operation, and perform basic quality checks. The role supports safety and ISO goals and participates in the Remington Team.

The starting hourly rate is $24.35, with final salary determined by experience, location, education, and skills at the time of offer. Applicants should be able to follow instructions, wear protective equipment, and work shifts as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, G.E.D. certificate or recognized equivalent
• Ability to speak, read and write in English sufficiently to perform required tasks: communicate with team and supervision, read instructions, record information

Responsibilities

• Tends one or more machines or processes safely as directed by the supervisor.
• Obeys all plant and safety rules; uses protective equipment as required.
• Transports raw materials, semifinished and finished goods to support process flow.
• Performs quality checks as directed and documents results.
• Maintains clean and orderly work area; adheres to process records.
• May handle hazardous waste and complete required training within six months.
