Job summary

Crown Battery is seeking a Battery and Charger Service Technician on 1st shift in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, diagnosing battery and charger issues, and delivering reliable service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, experience with hand tools, and a high school diploma or GED. CDL eligibility and safety training are valued as part of our comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL with good driving record or able to obtain CDL.
• Experience with safety and environmental training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair warehouse inventory and battery stock.
• Load/unload batteries from factory and prep customer orders.
• Identify and report non-conformities and assist corrective actions.
• Test batteries and diagnose charge issues.
• Basic housekeeping and paperwork duties.
