Job summary
Reliance One is seeking a Battery Cell Manufacturing Engineer in Liberty, North Carolina. This role involves leading pre-production trial activities, resolving engineering issues, and driving continuous improvement in battery manufacturing operations.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar and be experienced in manufacturing production preparation and project scheduling. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $65–$70.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with battery cell products, manufacturing processes, and trial activities.
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and travel domestically/internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and problem-solving during pre-production trial activities.
- Investigate and resolve product and process-related issues.
- Develop and implement trial plans for root cause analysis.
