Mancan is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates in Wooster, OH to support battery assembly and manufacturing processes. You will operate and monitor equipment, perform quality checks, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Shifts are 2nd (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and 3rd (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a base pay of $22.55/hour plus a $0.50/hour shift differential for the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• English reading/writing and communication required.
• Ability to lift medium to heavy materials.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to work orders and specifications.
• Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and production output throughout runs.
• Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Remove and document defective materials properly.
• Assist maintenance with inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

NOW HIRING MACHINE OPERATORS / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES

• Location: Wooster, OH
• Pay: $22.55/hour
• Shift Differential: +$0.50/hour for 3rd Shift
• Training: Will be done on 1st shift and then will transfer to the designated shift.
• Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Monday Friday
• Overtime available as needed

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Familiarity with production or assembly environments
