Position: Installer III

Location: Hayward, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $1250 per 2-3 day install + incentives for add-ons

Gas Stipend: $500 Monthly

Responsibilities

• Install products according to company standards and client specifications.
• Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or installation roles including plumbing using PEX A
• Experience with Sentrel products preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable truck or vehicle suitable for hauling job materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
