P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Bathroom Remodeling Apprentices in Pittsburgh. You will gain hands‑on experience installing acrylic baths under skilled guidance and contribute to home transformations.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $22–$24 with potential bonuses based on performance, a weekday schedule, and overtime opportunities as needed. Training sessions will develop your skills to become a skilled bathroom installer.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in construction and home improvement.
• No prior experience necessary; we are willing to train the right candidates.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Good math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects, specializing in acrylic bath and shower systems.
• Learn to safely remove existing tubs, showers, and surrounding materials.
• Prepare work areas by protecting customers' homes and ensuring a clean, organized job site.
• Measure, cut, and install acrylic wall systems, tubs, shower bases, trim, and accessories under supervision.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools safely while following company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area.
• Assist with basic plumbing adjustments, carpentry, and finishing work as directed by the lead installer.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service throughout each project.
• Follow installation procedures and quality standards to ensure every bathroom is completed correctly and efficiently.
• Attend training sessions and actively develop the skills needed to become a skilled bathroom installer.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a standard day shift and potential for overtime.
