This full-time, year-round position offers a $24 per hour wage, paid vacation and sick time, a 401(k) plan, clothing allowance, and opportunities for advancement in a family‑oriented company.

You'll help load materials, protect homes, and ensure jobs stay clean and safe throughout the installation process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of premium acrylic bath and shower systems.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites.
• Support lead installers with demolition, preparation, and installation tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Protect customers' homes during installations.
• Help measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Complete site cleanup and disposal of debris.
