Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC is seeking a Bathroom Remodel Apprentice in Morganton, NC. You will work with experienced installers to gain hands-on skills in residential bathroom remodeling and progress toward a Lead Installer role.

The program offers training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed, with up to 25% travel as required. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects.
• Perform demolition and job site preparation.
• Support basic plumbing installation and repairs.
• Assist with tile preparation and installation.
• Hang and finish drywall.
• Assist with carpentry and cabinetry installation.
• Perform painting and finishing work.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers' homes.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
