Bath Tune-Up is seeking a skilled Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. You will work on remodeling projects in homes, installing fixtures, vanities, showers, and more with high-quality workmanship and customer service.

The role requires experience in bathroom remodeling, basic carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniques. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have reliable transportation to job sites in our community.

Qualifications

• English as first language for safety and communication.
• Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demolish existing bathroom components safely and efficiently
• Install new bathroom fixtures, vanities, showers, tubs, flooring, and tile
• Paint and finish to Bath Tune-Up standards
• Complete drywall and Sheetrock repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction
• Follow company processes and timelines to deliver projects on schedule

Bath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We’re seeking dedicated team members (that we call our Tunifiers) to join our team and complete bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

As a Bathroom Remodeler, you will report to the Project Manager, and work on a team to safely and efficiently install showers, baths, vanities, and more on small to large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of existing bathroom components safely and efficiently
• Install new bathroom fixtures, vanities, showers, tubs, flooring, and tile
• Conduct painting and finishing work to meet Bath Tune-Up standards
• Complete drywall and Sheetrock repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction
• Follow company processes and timelines to deliver projects on schedule

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related trades
• Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniques
• Competence in:

  • Installation (fixtures, flooring, etc.)

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in residential remodeling or construction
• Familiarity with Bath Tune-Up or similar remodeling systems
