Job summary

SAAD Bath & Shower in the San Diego area is hiring a wet area remodeling installer. You will demo, frame, waterproof, and install shower and tub systems while keeping the job site clean and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of wet area remodeling or related installation experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of shower and tub systems, waterproofing, and drain work.
• Experience with framing, acrylic panel systems, and/or plumbing.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to fix issues proactively.
• Professional, customer-first attitude; dealing with customers in homes daily.
• Strong attendance, reliability and a positive team player attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly in demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prep and protect job sites; demo and remove shower/tub systems.
• Remove debris and keep site clean and organized.
• Perform framing, plumbing, and subfloor prep as needed.
• Waterproof surfaces and install acrylic wall surrounds and systems.
• Finish work: sealing, trim, and final details to a high standard.
• Represent SAAD in customers' homes with clear communication.

What you’ll do

• Prep and protect job sites before any work begins — floors and surrounding areas as needed
• Demo and remove existing shower and tub systems cleanly and safely
• Remove debris from home and keep the site clean and organized throughout the job
• Perform any necessary framing, plumbing, and subfloor prep
• Waterproof and prep surfaces before installation
• Install new acrylic wall surrounds and shower and tub systems to manufacturer specifications
• Complete all finishing work — sealing, trim, and final detail — to a high standard
• Be the face of SAAD in customers' homes — communicate clearly and leave a great impression
