Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts in Cincinnati is seeking a hands-on Bath & Shower Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install components in bathroom remodels. You will perform service calls, fix leaks, recaulk, adjust doors, and complete related tasks with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

The role requires physical work, tools handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards, backed by company training, a tools-provided environment, and a growth-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Detail-oriented with ability to read manuals and technical documents.
• Provide excellent customer service.

About the Role: Bath & Shower Service Technician

As a Service Technician with Bath Experts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support for our bath and shower systems. This role requires inspecting, servicing, and transporting materials, as well as performing a range of repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work.

  Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues, performing necessary repairs

• Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction

• Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50+ pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
