Midwest Bath Company is seeking experienced Bath Installers to service IL, IA, NE, and SD. You will demolish and reconstruct bathroom wet areas and install 1–2 day baths, while managing customer expectations and project flow.

This is a 1099 contract role with weekly earnings of $3,800–$4,200, requiring a driver’s license and willingness to travel 4–6 times per month. On-road, multi-location work environment.

Qualifications

• General building trade skills including rough finish carpentry and general plumbing.
• Enclosed work vehicle.
• General liability and workers' comp insurance.
• Plumbing tools
• Aptitude for learning and strong customer service.
• No certifications necessary.
• Willing to do overnight travel 4-6 times per month.

Responsabilités

• Demolition and reconstruction of the bathroom wet area (tub/shower).
• Install baths; projects managed to completion (1–2 days per job).
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and smooth execution.
• Travel to multiple locations as required (overnight travel 4–6 times/month).

Midwest Bath Company is looking to work with experienced Bath Installers immediately! We are growing at an explosive rate, servicing IL, IA, NE, and SD! To maintain our high customer satisfaction we are looking to hire experienced installers proficient in working with customers, managing projects, and installing 1-2 day baths. You would be responsible for the demolition and reconstruction of the wet area in the bathroom (tub/shower area).
