Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Bath Installer to join our growing team. You will install remodeling products to Mad City standards and perform finish work as needed, coordinating with homeowners and management to ensure satisfaction and authorize final payments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of remodeling or carpentry experience, bath remodels experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to collaborate with homeowners and team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with bath remodels or acrylic installs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
