As a 1099 subcontractor, you will deliver high-quality bath installations with professional communication and reliable performance. This role offers consistent year-round work and the potential to increase earnings based on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling experience (wet space required).
• Ability to complete projects independently.
• Own truck/vehicle and professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Install tubs, showers, and bath wall systems.
• Work with acrylic, fiberglass, and cultured stone materials.
• Complete bathroom wet area remodels from start to finish.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
