Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is seeking a skilled Sub-Contractor Lead Bath Installer to join our team in Western PA.

You will manage and execute full bathroom remodels from start to finish, leading on-site and delivering an outstanding customer experience on every project. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bathroom remodeling experience, proficiency with acrylic bath systems, strong leadership, organization, and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling.
• Proficiency with acrylic bath systems and full remodel execution.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems, surrounds, and fixtures.
• Complete full bathroom remodels including demo, framing, light plumbing, flooring, and trim.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team members.
• Ensure all work meets building codes and company quality standards.
• Weekends off.

• Complete full bathroom remodels including demo, framing, light plumbing, flooring, and trim
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team members
• Ensure all work meets building codes and company quality standards
• Weekends off

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
