Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking motivated Installers to join the Wilmington team. This hands-on role focuses on installing bathtubs, showers, and wall systems in customers’ homes, stocking the job vehicle, and delivering top-quality workmanship with excellent customer service.

No prior bathroom installation is required, as paid training is provided; strong candidates with carpentry, remodeling, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply and grow with a stable, national brand.

Qualifications

Bath Fitter, a leader in bathtub and shower remodeling, is looking for motivated and dependable Installers to join our Wilmington team.

Previous bathroom installation experience is a plus, but not required. If you have experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, handyman work, flooring, cabinetry, or other hands-on trades. We provide paid training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.
