Job summary

American Standard Home Services is seeking experienced Walk-In Tub & Shower Installers to partner as independent 1099 subcontractors in the United States. You will manage installations end-to-end, from demolition to finish work, delivering five-star service for pre-sold projects.

You’ll be paid bi-weekly with opportunities for training at our Dallas, TX facility and potential to become a Certified American Standard Installer. Licensing and insurance are required to operate as a 1099 contractor.

• Reliable transportation and necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete installations of walk-in tubs and shower systems.
• Manage each job from start to finish — from demolition to final cleanup.
• Handle all aspects of installation, including plumbing, electrical, and finish work.
• Introduce yourself professionally to customers and walk them through the process.
• Inspect and transport materials to each job site.
• Install accessories such as grab bars, seats, and soap dishes.
• Deliver 5-star service, document your work, and submit payment invoices.
