Shoreline Baths is seeking skilled Acrylic Bath Installers to join our team in Pensacola, FL and surrounding areas. You will professionally install our bath remodeling products, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction on every job.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of carpentry or bathroom remodeling experience, works efficiently in a one-day remodel, and maintains a neat, safety-conscious jobsite while educating customers on care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry or bathroom remodeling experience.
• Ability to take accurate measurements with tape measure, level and square.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with power tools including drills and jigsaws.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms in a single day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills
• Follow established installation standards and procedures to ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers at all times
• Keep work areas clean and organized while respecting customers' homes and property
• Educate customers on the proper care and maintenance of their new installations
• Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
• Stock, organize, and maintain the installation vehicle with the necessary tools and materials

Your Role

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of our bath remodeling products while ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction on every job.
