Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a compassionate Bath Aide / CNA to responsibly bathe residents within our Morton Memory Care community in Nebraska City. You’ll contribute to excellent resident experiences by delivering individualized and courteous care.

Ideal candidates hold an active CNA certification, have prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC exposure, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, in-good-standing CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Prior experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely showering and/or bathing residents with dignity and respect.
• Provide individualized care to support resident comfort and well-being.
• Maintain clean, safe bathing areas and document care as required.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Bath Aide | CNA, you will be responsible for safely showering and/or bathing residents within the community. You will play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience by providing individualized and compassionate care.

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Prior experience as a Bath Aide | CNA highly preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
