Job summary

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials in Quinlan, TX is seeking a Batch Operator to oversee daily wet and dry batch production. You will manage start-up/shutdown, monitor process quality, and ensure safety and efficiency on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of industrial/manufacturing experience, and the ability to operate mobile equipment such as forklifts. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
