Job summary

Quikrete Holdings Inc. in Columbia, MO is seeking a Batchman to oversee daily production of wet and dry batch products at our Columbia plant. You will manage inventory, schedules, and procurement of supplies, and perform plant inspections and maintenance.

A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of industrial/manufacturing experience are required. Forklift experience preferred; a team‑oriented environment with hands‑on training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts is preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.
• Manage inventory, coordinate schedules, order supplies, parts, and raw materials.
• Perform plant inspections, repair, and maintenance.
