Job summary

ICP Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Chemical Operator/Batchmaker to join our manufacturing team. You will add raw materials to a mixer following batch instructions, while adhering to SOPs and safety rules. This 1st shift position runs Monday–Friday from 5:30am to 2:00pm, with overtime as needed.

Ideal candidates demonstrate safety awareness, detail orientation, and the ability to read SOPs. Forklift experience is a plus; experience with chemicals or light chemical manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with chemicals or basic chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Able to read and apply SOPs and batch instructions.
• Must be a team player and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily batch schedules and SOPs.
• Handle and weigh materials safely for batching.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Record batch movements and QC samples.
• Assist in training new personnel on equipment safety.
