Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English for training/safety purposes.
• Experience in a plant/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work an 8-hour shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the needed raw materials used in batch making process.
• Add raw and verify materials to kettles; verify oil weigh-up.
• Properly perform scrapping of kettle and verify pigment.
• Operate forklift as needed; stage rework and support production.
