Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 1 year related experience.
• Ability to follow batching instructions accurately.
• Basic math and good reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Review batch sheets for date, batch number, and expiration.
• Verify equipment assembly before batching.
• Ensure ingredients follow batching instructions in correct order and amounts.
• Move ingredients in/out of pre-weigh/mixing and batching room.
• Clean batching room between batches and at shift end.
