Refresco is seeking a warehouse/production team member to support batching, blending, and quality control in our facility. This role emphasizes adherence to GMPs, FDA and HACCP standards, and strict sanitation practices. You will handle ingredients, operate SAP-driven checks, and assist in maintaining production schedules.

Qualifications

• Adhere to health and safety policies/procedures (GMPs) and wear required PPE.
• Responsible for food quality and safety per standards (SQF, FDA, HACCP, Kosher, allergens).
• Operate/assist in batching/blending equipment and ensure traceability (SAP, inventory control).
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP procedures; manage time to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure product quality to meet specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Transport ingredients and pre-weighs by forklift; verify against SAP and quality standards.
• Record batching data and assist QA review; maintain sanitation of areas.
