BATCHER OPERATOR – Job Description / Compensation

FULL-TIME / DIRECT HIRE

Shifts: 2nd Shift 4pm – 12am & 3rd Shift 12am – 8am

• Pay depends on experience and production/incentive

Job Description

On the Job Training, no experience necessary!

• Operate forklift to move cloth as needed.
• Load inspected rolls of cloth onto cradle and sew ends or bond of cuts together.
• Adjust machines to run any style of cloth.
• Run rolls of cloth and doff when complete.
• Fill out and secure winder roll tickets to cloth roll.
• Cover shipping roll with plastic covering and secure with tie.
• Inspect shipping for neat appearance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Teamwork, collaboration and adaptability to changing work environment and business needs.
