Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. is seeking a Processing Technician to ensure batches are prepared for the production line. You will read formula cards, print and create formulas, and strictly follow GMPs while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include inspecting cream tank and raw materials, verifying lot numbers, reconfiguring piping for batch changes, performing CIP, opening valves, and checking temperature charts to document start, pump over, and stop times.

Qualifications

• Must understand GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Able to read and interpret formula cards and related documents.
• Experience with batch processing and quality checks preferred.
