Job summary

Quikrete is seeking a Batchman near Northlake, TX to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost‑effective production of wet and dry batch products. You will manage production needs, inventory, schedules, and routine plant inspections, with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, and experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.
• Managing inventory, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, parts, and raw materials.
• Performing plant inspections, repair, and maintenance.
