Placement will be based on business needs and the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Team members may also have opportunities to cross-train and support both areas as needed.**Job DescriptionBatching Responsibilities*** Sequence cleanouts for each shift.* Sequence daily mixing for the shift.* Coordinate, prioritize, and communicate when batches need to be dumped.* Operate the batching computer.* Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.* Ensure the system is fully cleaned to prevent cross-contamination between products.* Understand and utilize the Oracle system and other production databases.* Ensure the correct hand adds are placed in the appropriate products.* Read and follow all Batch Mixing Instructions (BMI).* Verify micro card locations on each micro tub and check for accuracy.* Ensure proper micro tubs are placed at the correct mixer for cut-in personnel.* Monitor and maintain micro-bin inventory levels.* Operate the liquid hand-add system.* Assist Hand Add colleagues with dumping ingredients.**Packaging Responsibilities*** Package finished product according to Batch Mixing Instructions (BMI).* Verify finished product quantities match the BMI.* Ensure product is bagged into the correct labeled container.* Verify lot numbers, pallet cards, product codes, and tag codes are accurately recorded on the batch ticket.* Collect product samples from designated batches for third-party testing and retain samples as required.* Ensure product quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed.* Operate both toting and bagging lines.**General Responsibilities*** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.* Complete assigned housekeeping tasks in accordance with the master sanitation schedule.* Follow all quality, food safety, and company policies and procedures.* Work collaboratively with team members across production areas.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Minimum Requirements*** High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Basic math, reading, and computer skills.* Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.* Ability to work safely and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:111803BR**#IncludingYou**Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
