Job summary

AtWork Group in Zebulon, NC is seeking a Batch Mixer to join our production team. You will follow proven formulas to blend ingredients, monitor equipment, and maintain accurate batch records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic math, ability to read instructions, and reliable transportation. Experience with batch mixing in beverage/food or related industries is preferred; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and arithmetic foundational skills.
• Experience following recipes in manufacturing.
• Quality inspection experience in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and steady hands.
• Basic computer understanding for logs and checklists.
• Knowledge of machinery used in batch blending.
• Understanding of testing equipment types and uses.
• Good communication and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Blend and batch provided recipes to produce alcohol beverages.
• Observe equipment to troubleshoot possible malfunctions.
• Report malfunctions to manager.
• Set up and operate machinery that blends raw ingredients.
• Monitor and review inventory in department.
• Operate forklift (is a plus).
• Follow processing standards.

We're looking for hardworking, hands‑on candidates with Batch Mixing experience in the distillery, chemical, pharmaceutical, food production, or beverage industries. Experience working with heated tanks, blending systems, production formulas, and strict process controls is highly preferred. This is a blue‑collar, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following proven formulas, and being part of the production process. Batch Mixer

Shift: M‑F 7am‑4pm | Pay Rate: $18‑20/hr
