Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Follow directions and work well in a team.
  • Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.
  • Solid understanding of production equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Read and follow batch sheets, formulas, and work instructions.
  • Accurately weigh, measure, and add raw materials according to product specifications.
  • Operate mixers, tanks, pumps, and related manufacturing equipment.
  • Monitor batch processes and make adjustments as directed to ensure product quality.
  • Collect samples and perform basic quality checks throughout production.
  • Document production activities, material usage, and batch records accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and safety hazards promptly.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
