We are currently looking for a Batch Maker to join us at our facility in Brighton, MI. This role is responsible for producing high-quality coating products by following batch formulas, handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English required.
• Successful completion of a background check and physical examination.
• Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs. and wear required PPE.

Preferred Skills

• Previous manufacturing, production, or batch-making experience is preferred.
• Reach truck and counterbalance forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
