Job summary

MIAA seeks a dedicated athletics professional to coach individual participants and collaborate with the head coach to advance the program’s goals. You will oversee equipment, inventory, and safety of facilities while maintaining required paperwork and ensuring student eligibility.

The role emphasizes sportsmanlike conduct and adherence to established rules, with additional responsibilities as assigned by athletic leadership and the principal.

Qualifications

• Employment in the school where the sport is being offered is preferred but other qualified candidates in or out of the system will be considered.
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude for performing the responsibilities.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may deem appropriate and acceptable.
