• Manage customer follow-up from initial lead to post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
• Grow and strengthen installer network in new markets.
• Partner with Sales to identify needs and present solutions.
• Prepare presentation materials and support local events as needed.
• Support Product and Brand Manager as needed.
• Manage projects and tasks in Asana.
• Use AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
