Job summary

The CHASCO YMCA (Round Rock) part‑time Basketball Officials position offers a $18.00 to $22.00/hour pay range. Applicants should hold NFHS certification and have at least one year of officiating experience.

Availability includes Saturdays 8:00am–6:00pm and some weekdays 4:30pm–9:00pm; strong communication, neat appearance, and CPR/First Aid credentials are required or obtained within 30 days. Background checks, drug screening, and sex offender registry checks are part of the pre‑employment

Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certified or willing to be certified within first 30 days.
• Be able to pass reference checks and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Officiate high school basketball games as assigned.
• Work Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm and some weekdays from 4:30pm to 9:00pm.
• Maintain fitness knowledge and strong organizational skills.
• Present a neat, well‑groomed appearance and professional conduct.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history, sex offender registry, and reference checks.

The CHASCO YMCA (Round Rock) is hiring Basketball Officials to officiate high school games. This is a part‑time position. We are offering $260 bonus for new staff!

• Must possess NFHS certification
• At least one year experience required
• Must be available to work Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm, as well as some week days from 4:30pm to 9pm.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history background check, sex offender registry check and reference checks.

Job requirements include:

• Must be able to work weeknights as well as Saturdays from 8am to 6pm
• Have a general knowledge of fitness and wellness
• Have strong communication and organizational skills
• Have a neat appearance and be well‑groomed
• Be CPR/AED and First Aid certified or willing to be certified within first 30 days of employment
• Be willing to uphold the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, responsibility respect, and faith

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $22.00/hour
