i9 Sports - Orrison is looking for an Official to enforce rules and foster a positive culture on game days, acting as an on-field coach and advocate for the programs. This role directly impacts players, coaches, and spectators each game day.

The Official will enforce the rules, demonstrate sportsmanship, and maintain safety while keeping time and score. Expect a dynamic, customer-service oriented environment during a ~7-week season with weekend and some evening events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure safety of players.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings (season ~7 weeks).

• Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rules to create a fun, learning, and safety environment for all players.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.

Job Summary

• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
