Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a critical-role Official who enforces rules on the field while fostering a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach, and advocating for programs. This position directly impacts players, coaches, and spectators at every game day.

The Official ensures adherence to rules, teaches core concepts like sportsmanship, maintains game flow by keeping time and score, and demonstrates a proactive, safety-first mindset with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.

Job Summary
