Job summary

Golden State is seeking part-time Pod Squad performers for the 2026-2027 season in Santa Cruz, CA. You will entertain during home games and community events, engage fans, and help deliver a fun, energetic atmosphere. Ideal candidates bring creativity, high energy, and strong crowd interaction.

Gymnastics or dance experience is a plus. You must be reliable and able to work 4-hour shifts on game days, typically 5:30pm to 9:30pm.

• Represent the organization in a professional manner at events.

Responsibilities

• Perform at home games and community events.
• Represent the organization in a professional and appropriate manner at all times.
• Build new entertainment for performances, including skits/dances/stunts and in-stands interaction.
• Set up, operate and tear down interactive fan engagement elements.
• Hand out premium items and engage with fans.
• Keep game props organized and stored after each game.
• Other duties as assigned.
