Job summary

Brooke Point High in Stafford, Virginia seeks a Basketball- Freshman Boys Coach to lead the freshman program, develop fundamental skills, and promote safety and sportsmanship. The coach will oversee practices, coordinate with the athletic department, and mentor student-athletes in a collegiate-style environment.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication. Prior coaching experience and completion of VHSL and district coaching requirements are preferred.

Job Title: Athletic Coach or Activity Sponsorship Coach Department: School Based Reports To: Building Administrator or Athletic Director

Job Summary and Purpose

This position will be responsible for student athletes/ or students that are a part of activity programs at the Secondary Level. This role involves a dedicated individual who can teach technical skills, ensure safety and foster a culture of discipline, good sportsmanship and a safe learning environment for social interaction. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sport/or activity program assigned in alignment with the school’s mission and Athletic Department requirements.
